While our goal is to give you a magical experience filled with amazing clothes and good vibes, we can only control, what we can control. So, we work real hard to get your items perfectly wrapped and packaged as fast as we can.  It could take up to 2 days depending on volume.  Next, we mail your package and sometimes, not very often, things can happen that we don't have any control over.  Like, bad weather, a holiday that can slow down the delivery. But don't get sad or even mad, we promise it will get there and you are going to love it more than you did when you first saw it on our website. And everything will be good.  You will notice when you check out we offer multiple service levels regarding shipping including ground, air, next day air and more.  So we just wanted you to know we are trying our best to get you the things you love from the indigo child as fast as we can. Returns

We offer free domestic returns! You can return your item for a full refund within 15 days of your purchase.  

How do I return my item?

Your item was shipped with a free return label.  Please repack your box and apply the return label to the outside of the box.  Please drop at your nearest UPS Store or Box for shipping.  If you have lost your label, please reach out to us at orders@shoptheindigochild.com and tell us that you need a returns shipping label.

 

Domestic Shipments

 

The indigo child offers free shipping for order over $150 and shipping within the U.S.  We are partnered with UPS to provide multiple levels of shipping services to meet your needs on all of your orders.

 

International Shipments

 

It will cost you a little more to ship outside the U.S, but our partner UPS has worked hard to give us the most competitive pricing along with best service. The indigo child partnered with UPS to provide multiple levels of shipping services to meet your needs on all of your orders.
