Unfortunately due to consistent issues with customers wearing items and returning them, we have recently changed our return policy. We will no longer be refunding returned orders; items are eligible for store credit or exchange only. Items must be returned within 7 days, including the day that the item was purchased. An email, text or physical receipt must be present at the time of return. If you placed your order online, please contact indigochild.orders@gmail.com to inquire about a return within 7 days of delivery.

How do I return my item?

Please email us at indigochild.orders@gmail.com for inquiry about returns within 7 days of delivery. We will send you a return label over email that you can print out. Please adhere to our return policy for non-refundable and refundable guidelines. 

What items cannot be returned?

Swimwear, all jewelry (including earrings), hats, Jimmis, shoes, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding!

 

Shipping

Domestic Shipments

 

The Indigo Child offers free shipping for all domestic orders over $100. We are partnered with UPS to provide multiple levels of shipping services which are selected at check out. If you have any concerns over shipping, please email us at indigochild.orders@gmail.com and we will respond as quickly as possible!

 

International Shipments

 

We do currently offer international shipping on a case-by-case basis for a higher fee. If you have any questions or concerns over shipping, please email us at indigochild.orders@gmail.com

Other Information

**Please note we are not responsible for stolen packages. If the shipping carrier confirms delivery we are unable to issue a refund. If products are marked as delivered, you will need to contact the carrier regarding your package. 

If you believe that your item is lost in the mail, please reach out to indigochild.orders@gmail.com for further assistance.

We ship every item out within 24 hours of purchase and provide tracking, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers, inclement weather, or understaffing due to COVID-19. Thus, we will not refund shipping charges if UPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times.
